In the 1960’s the specialty coffee movement started in Berkley, California which created a market segmentation. With our Single Origin strategy we are creating a market niche since our coffee will come from an identified farm of single origin coffee variety. Few people have had the tasting experience of a single coffee of origin, not mixed with other coffees or blended with other bean variety. A natural and pure approach.

We pay attention to such issues as coffees grown without pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.

Colombian It is also known as Washed Arabica. It is the highest quality of Arabica coffee. Unlike beans from other origins, all Colombian coffee is "washed;" this process releases many impurities and acid agents, which gives it its rich taste and aroma.
